The page is called Photoshop Etiquette, but really, it applies to all types of files. Illustrator, InDesign, Finder, whatever you use to organize your life, you should generally ALWAYS assume that someone else is going to have to open the file you started and finish working on it for you. You aren’t going to be a student forever. In real life, you share files. So PLEASE read this, and learn the basic etiquette of keeping not just your finder organized, but the file itself too. I hate it when someone hands me an Ai file where stuff is not grouped, and things are on all different layers and you can’t find where the thing is you are trying to click on because nothing has a name. Don’t do that to your coworkers. Plus the guy who wrote this has a great sense of humor. Click the little + and x to open and close his example images within each chapter.

I felt like honoring the ampersand today. Do you have a favorite? I haven’t decided yet. Send me links of your favorite ones and, if I have time, I’ll post them below :)
This is another great example of papercraft, though this time it’s mixed with animation. I wonder how much of this was actually made out of paper and how much was just animation. Either way, it’s still impressive.
My close friend, my roommate when I lived in Barcelona, Bogidar Mascareñas, just published one of the best projects I have seen anyone produce in a long time. I am absolutely floored by the craftsmanship and the amount of work he put into this stunning collection.
Ephemera, Bogi describes: This conceptual project is based in 4 series of ephemeral posters and their process of destruction. Este proyecto conceptual está basado en 4 series de pósters efímeros y su proceso de destrucción.
He also built a pristine, hand-sewn book to illustrate the process of these exquisite experiments. I rarely post work designed by my friends, but this one is very deserving. (By the way, having gone to RISD and Elisava, all of my friends are extraordinarily talented)
I’m only showing you finished products here but there are more pictures of finished posters and process (quite interesting and involved) on his Behance profile. (it’s also quite familiar to see the Taller (workshop) and the apartment where I spent so much of my life).

I just learned about this last week, but I didn’t have time to post it. I actually laughed as hard at some of these as I laugh at Your Logo Makes Me Barf (who haven’t had time to update their excellent blog in over a year). As with YLMMB, F*** Yeah Keming is funnier because of the comments. The writer/curator has an excellent sense of humor.
a term coined by Ironic Sans.
This post is actually about F*** Yeah Keming! though, not Ironic Sans. The last page (technically first) Has a “Welcorne” message! (yes welcorne not welcome).
Best shirt in the world! (available for sale here). Leam to Kem. not learn to kern. excellent.

Best tweet I’ve seen in a while:
